Highly unlikely. COOL was be over-rated by many folks. Nothing unique about them, and they face big competition from other, more established folks. (I wonder what is going to happen to them when Amazon.com starts selling software too--a next step after ading CD sales last month!)

Does DRIV have the same competition? Are they unique in any way? Not the same story as COOL.

Also, keep in mind that when the investment banks initally priced COOL it was at a lower range. Thus, they increased the valuation of the stock before it ever hit the street.

Terp, COOL still closed and opened above their initial target $13-15 price range.
