Lord have mercy on his soul.

biz.yahoo.com

How can you argue with someone who 'bate stamped' all his company documents???

Frankly I don't give a flying F*CK about what either Stamm, OR Ebeling has to say. And I guarantee if I were to meet them in person the first thing I would do is give em a solid kick in the nuts.

Dear Zeev,

I don't know whether there are any illegal shares or not. That's beyond me.

But the press release does NOT say there are presently 200 million shares outstanding. It in fact reads "...the board approved a reverse split to reduce the number of authorized shares, currently 200 million, and the number of outstanding shares, both by a factor of 100..." Therefore, if there are "only" 145 million shares outstanding (ha!), and the 56 million options are exercised, the total number of shares after the split will still be close to the number authorized -- or 2 million -- and an increase in the authorized shares will not be necessary. That's all I was saying.

Regards,

M.M.
