I tried once today, but Lee and Walters were in a conference and was advised that both will be traveling next week. I will keep trying.
Have a good weekend ....all.

Federal district judge put on hold the mergers of two separate deals involving the merger of 4 drug distribution companies. This happened late yesterday afternoon.

Obviously, the trend is consolidation in this industry, but the judge felt this would consolidate the drug distribution into to a few companies and therefore cause prices to rise.

I wonder if this action could cause these Giant drug distribution companies to look now at the specialty companies like PM. In the scope of things, PM is small potatoes(Dan Qualye)to a Cardinal or Bergen distribution company. Only musing on my part, but could have potential for a buyout IMO.

Any thoughts from others?
