Essam - my guess AAPL is affected by a "Clinton" market

1st wife Hillary became a lead investigative atty in Mr Nixon's Watergate ,knows how to present a "impeachment" defense and timely choose to identify the booming market with her hubby's fate .

The "profit rotation" (into IBM & AAPL etc.) occurs but they sell at the weekend fearing the Sunday news shows and a evidence surprise. Mr Clinton will recover when he is among "newsy" friends at the Hamptons .

The Street also promotes the transaction volume as it makes up for the $5 "trading" commissions .

Conversely the smart money could be leaving under the guise of the "profit rotation" but then again most of the decision makers also visit the Hamptons .

Smart 1st Hillary eh ? That's what Watergate's Chief Investigator Bernie Nussbaum said and also thought she was out to get Mr Nixon .

She did , but here she is indebted to S Jobs for using his California house one weekend ago , so no need to sweat AAPL or IBM .

Really looking forward to the iMAC biggie and Seybold but watching the mid-August option pinch with a eye toward the Hamptons.

Regards,
Jim K.

Essam: AAPL at one time danced to the beat of it's own rhythm, but recently has been following the lead of the Nasdaq swing. AAPL on it's own merit in a neutral market would've been at $40.00 by now, but the present market is extremely volatile. IMHO, we're headed for a *major market correction* and an 8000 DOW is where we might land -- possible before September. I'm betting on it converting my portfolio to 89% cash and looking forward to buying additional AAPL again once I feel the market has stabilized. AAPL, IMHO, will have a *very profitable* upcoming Q4 and Q1 and I want to be reinvested before earnings announcement. Good luck investing... ================================= <What is going on today? The NASDAQ declined more than 45 points and AAPL -2 points. This reflects the weakness of the stock. I have also noticed that AAPL always gives what it gains immediately.>
