May 28, who released the PR? Joe Gort and George Guttman.

BUT, "I am certain" they were deceived by the crooks they filed the lawsuit against.

Let us see a name behind the
"You know, looking back, I am certain now"...

until then it is garbage to me.

At the 7/13 meeting, Jack stated that they only had title to 500 acres + or -. It just did not sink in at that point.

There was some discussion as to the land titles and it was stated that some of the land titles were still being researched by Earl Irby. I do not specifically remember a mention of only having title to 500 acres, though I am not saying it wasn't said. It also might have been said in small group conversation during breaks.

Steve Angelil was at the MTEI office all day on Monday and has stated that he saw a deed with MTEI's name on it for 1500 acres.

At the meeting on 7/13, Jack specifically stated that MTEI owned "nearly 6000 acres" and they also had the 8000 acres won on bid. This is also mentioned in the 6/24 press release.

Does this come down to the agreement with Mark Tow of what properties actually constituted the orignal agreement?

Janice, I don't believe that email came from someone who made the 7/13 trip. I was there! There was no mention of 500 acres. Jack talked of owning around 6000 acres, with survey data still needing to be clarified to get exact numbers.
Also at least 5, or maybe 6, of the 7 are still holding this stock. So if you want any credibility, out with who that came from. It might be an imposter, but I bet a dollar to a doughnut (do they have those in Italy?) that it didn't come from one of us.

Sincerely,

Tom C.
