First of all RULE 504 of Regulation D of the Securities and Exchange Act 0f 1933 allows for PRIVATE PLACEMENT of a company's securities to any number of shareholders (accredited or non-accredited)... LIMITATIONS: the offering size cannot exceed $1million in a 12 month period and shares issued are RESTRICTED from sale to public investors for 2 YEARS...

Jack U. and Co. have a business in which they whole-heartedly believe... DD exposes a good ole' boy who got taken by stock operators and is now left holding the bag... but even he may have some fleas to get rid of.
