You have an understanding of what is going on. Obviously, since the situation is there, nobody can fault you for trading any listed stock to your advantage. I applaud anyone for being creative enough to search out these stocks. The problem does not lie with the traders. My problem is that a stock like this remains open to trading at all. Too many people have the feeling that marketable securities is a well-regulated industry and that someone is looking out for their best interests. Trades like these leave a bad feeling in peoples mouths and lead them to believe that the little guy can never beat the insiders. There is a place for speculative trading, but the pump and dump sites try to pass it off as real investing. Good luck, - Tech Watcher
