any comments or thoughts relating to the positive biometric piece on "recognition systems" in forbes dated 8/10/98. very positive on the industry in general, idx gets minor mention. recognition uses 3d hand geometry and an 8 bit processor, average cost per unit $1,600. long term trend extremely positive.... maybe "harrow corp" (owner of recognition systems) may be interested in an offer from idx for this $12mil unit? p.s. this firm handles biometric security at 90% of u.s. nuclear reactor facilities in addition to its general access control business.
