Because of the volume of postings on this thread it is often difficult to catch them all. I obviously missed your CC post. At least it proves to me that I still have what it takes to spot a manufacturing defect which is important in my line of work. Everything concerning the package defects that you answered in your CC post I carefully concluded on my first inspection of the packages. The leaks, the low straw, the sealing procedure and the force required to tear them open. But it seems that these things are going to be addressed so they really are non-issues. Sorry for taking people's time on them but they were important questions for me to have answered.
