IMO a major concern will become how to order and get replacement systems. Many companies will start to order replacements the coming year. Production capacity might not be sufficient.

(we might see some interesting developments in this area: some very rare items might actually find some black market; with highly inflated prices... just think of what happens with Viagra pills sold on the black market in countries where is has not been introduced yet.. perhaps a bit far-fetched...)
