have the PUBLIC shareholders take over this company... settle all of these allegations... keep Jack & co. where they belong... in the oilfield cutting deals and makin aquisitions that make shareholders money..

First: Where are the properties??Are they in MTEI's name????

Second: National Capital Brokerage who are the owners????

I asked these two questions last night with no answer!
