Of course... if the shareholders wish to re-capture value they can either engage in a lengthy legal process vs. company, Christensen et. al. , or even the land companies that transfered land supposedly worth $200million... or they can settle, get the cash the company needs to survive, take Jack up on his talk about building a "Billion dollar company" by administering the funds from any settlements to fund the company's growth strategies... WHICH DO YOU WANT
