Lockhart,

Before you bet on management pulling IDTI out of the fire, consider very, very carefully, that with the exception of the CFO (I believe), IDTI's current management team is the same bunch that was there 6 months ago, 1 year ago, 2 years ago, 3 years ago, etc.

In other words, don't bet the farm. IMHO, this whole group should be shown the door. But, since they select the Board of Directors, that is very unlikely to happen. Unless that does happen, however, I don't see this company going anywhere. Some companies find a way to always succeed; others find a way to always lose.......where do you feel IDTI fits in that spectrum?

I'm not short IDTI, in fact, I am long for the 4th or 5th time in the last five years. On all those occasions but one, IDTI has missed their earnings targets. Once I extricate myself from this one, 'Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore!"'

Best regards,

Knip
