Charred... I do not see the relevance in bringing top mining engineers and/or geologists on board...for example, how would KRY as a company change for the better if they got rid of..say Nihon and Oppenheimer and put Sadek and Riccio on the BoD??? Each member of the board has their own function whether it be securing financing, negotiating and drafting up international agreements etc. Look at the price of KRY and look at the price of other comparable companies...why is KRY so much higher than companies that have higher production figures and reserve amounts. Sure there is still some speculation that they will once again go after LC 4&6 but the main reason is that shareholders know that the BoD of KRY have talents and capabilities capable that far exceed those of other directors in other juniors. With regards to dilution, I spoke with company management at the AGM and was assured that there would be NO dilution at these levels as they have no desire to give away equity at these prices. I asked about the 5000ha and I was told by MO yet again, that there would be no dilution..and, in fact, as a shareholder I would be very pleased with the "structure of the agreement"...what that is, or how realistic those comments are can only be judged at the time the news and details are released. All assumptions...yours, mine or Patrick's, although valuable in prompting and carrying on discussions are essentially moot until we get details from the company. Forgive me for saying so, but I find your views as to how KRY should progress as being very linear...that is to say that there is absolutely no reason that they have to concentrate on Albino, get it up and running, then look for an acquisition, then..then..then... I do not believe that KRY will be taking the STRAIGHT "assembly line" approach to building the company...rather, I believe it will be modular in nature...ie. they have been working on the other parts to the whole for some time now and as each part is finalized, it will THEN be brought to the assembly line and added to the rest. Finally, with regards to the 150K oz. figure...as mentioned it is their OBJECTIVE...and although I also doubt that they will meet it, I believe that they will come respectably close to doing so. If they can get Albino up to 45K oz in 1999, I would guesstimate that they will probably reach somewhere around 110-125K oz. I am not saying that they definitely will reach that figure...and I am surprised at your "can't be done" comment. As neither of us know what is going on behind the scenes I wonder how you can be so definitive in your statement. Respectfully, AV
