Well Howard let me help you here. email postings are not illegal because you don't have to read them unless they contain material that may be considered threatening or pornographic or something else like that. Harassing phone calls are personal and intrusive and are illegal. Phone calls are not to be taken lightly and should not be messed around with. Your partner who said he could he make one from a pay phone is very clever but many people have been caught this way as well. But, whether you're caught or not, it is still a crime and should be considered as such. Killing someone is a crime regardless of whether you get caught or not. This is NOT a joking matter and shouldn't be taken as such.
