FWIW, It might be worth while if a few of you "regulars" give IR a buzz (other than Nathan) and try to find out what is going on ie progress in regards to a partner or a buy out. There has been absolutely ZERO information released by Vivus since the cc regarding progress on this matter. As shareholders we have the right to know what direction we are heading instead of guessing and wondering what if anything is being done to turn this company around. VLAD PS I am sure that the remaining company employees are currently EATING what is left of the cash balance at that company picnic. Does anyone know where the picnic is at? I would like to go over there with my rope and break a few tree branches.
