Christine, Is the Yahoo source reliable, in your opinion? This thread has always been long on opinion, but light on fact. If this is so, I wish Mr Yarmak the best. The long decline of this company and it's stock (OUR stock) may qualify as the slowest mugging on record! I suppose it can't get much worse, but best of luck to us anyway. Regards, John R.

Please do not by or sell on these RUMORS. They are unconfirmed reports
I post them so we can have some idea of what is happening.

Reports are that
Yarmak has successfully located a stock brokers account under the control
of Burditt which belonged to Oilex Inc and was funded with Oilex money.
Burditt's authority on that account has been rescinded. It appears that $200,000
of Oilex money went thru the stock brokers accounts.
It appears that $210,000 of Oilex money was used as the deposit on the
residence in Houston that was occupied by Burditt until he vacated
the expensive house this week.
The tracing of looted assets continues.
Meanwhile reports from the field state that;
The oil and gas production at two of the fields, Big Foot and Luling, is continuing
and now the income will be used for Oilex costs and expenses only.
The Snyder field swabber is being repaired and then it will be back into production.
Using the existing four swabbers the company has and can produce 200 barrels
of fluid per day.
The Walker Queen swabber needs a new tire and then it will be able to go back
on the job. One swabber is at the factory in Fort Worth and needs major repairs.
The sixth swabber has been under construction and will be completed when
the final payment of $65,000 is made available
