Kevin,

I know it is too easy to pluck moronic statements from the MTEI thread but I can't resist. As you may know, the SEC halted trading in the company because of concern over information in some of the press releases. Here is the statement:

I bet there are numerous companies on the OTC:BB trading now where if asked; "would you like the SEC to come in and thus you must prove your assets, PR, etc and where in doing so your company will be more credible then ever"??

exchange2000.com

Is there a law that says that OTC:BB companies are not allowed to be reporting companies unless they can attract attention of the SEC? WOW, the things that OTC:BB companies have to do just to prove their legitimacy.

Regards

Tom
