Peepster, The question about the buyback was asked and there is still money available. It was indicated that at this time however the company would prefer to retain that money to use in operations and I would agree with this, since the cost of having to raise additional $$ is rather high. It was thought that the CC selling might be behind us at the time of the meeting since things were looking so good, but it appears that is not the case as of this afternoon. I am glad that we did at least get a chance to see how our stock will behave without overhead for a few days and for myself this removed the last trace of doubt in my mind that we are all going to be very happy once the overhead is gone for good, either by CC just running out of shares, us buying some back, or by legally stopping the selling. I would like to see all options explored and us take the path that helps the average DCI shareholder the most.

James

Hi Daryl McSherry & Jeamine Dronerhauser, read your posts (7191) and (7198) and have been waiting for your promised write ups of the meeting. I am assuming that there is either so much to write up that you haven't got to it yet, or there is not very much and the info that has been given by others is all there is.I appreciate your efforts and anything you can post. By the way ,were there many questions from the floor and were there any hardball questions .

Also, if the funding for closing the Locus deal is dependent on the $10.0 million from TimeWorldCom, does this mean that we have to wait for both a definitive agreement on the JV and then a closing of the JV before we can close on Locus? Was there an approximate time frame given for the final closing of the Joint Venture?? Thanks for any help on these questions

I am trying to put together a pro-forma on ranges of Revenue for the year ending March 1999 starting with this Qtr. and any approximate dates are helpful

<<<<Was anything said at the shareholder meeting regarding the buy back of shares?? Was the CC shares issues addressed? Any status, update etc?? >>>>

D,
I asked Joe in private about the cash he had left in the buy back program and if he would use it to support the price for the listing and he said he would let Spear Leeds make that decision.

Best Regards
