Jim, bashers have the exact opposite effect of what their intending to do. They don't scare serious longs. They usually burn out. Sincere skeptics will either eventually convert or go away. Guys like Charters are transparent egomaniacs who have a little knowledge and WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS. I mange a considerable real estate portfolio. I don't have time to be negative and pick fights with people, when I could be out there doing deals. Serious investors in any field, don't behave like these people.
