RT,

My apology was to SI members who do not like tasteless jokes. I have nothing to say to Nina nor do I intend to communicate with her in the future because all I end up with is a lot of lip service and a long distance phone charge. Nina is as green as the grass grows and you basically get what you pay for. Hopefully she will learn something through experience when and if she moves on to another company like the investors should come first (that's why its called investor relations). We investors have been sold a bill of goods. We have been hoodwinked and left holding the Vivus bag. Put me in charge of IR and I'll show JDP what effective execution of head of IR is all about. There are many things that Vivus IR could have done to keep the investors informed with current and future developments.

I'll give just a few examples. Nothing has been done to improve investor relations. The Vivus web site has not been refined nor improved as many suggested long ago. How about a calender of events that relate to future expectations eg approval in other countries, monthly production expectations, monthly orders for foreign sales, etc. How about a Viagra watch where all the news info regarding adverse reactions, deaths and lawsuits are collected and posted--after all it is the Viagra hype that has crushed MUSE sales and I believe that it is MUSE's safety profile that will eventually be compared to Viagra in court when the lawyer's are suing Pfizer whose defense will be that sex is stressful and the FDA said it was OK. How about a weekly Q&A session where Vivus IR answers questions asked by share holders during the prior week? These things do not seem too difficult to do so why can't they be done?

I can go on and on and on with things that IR can do to make things better for the shareholders that would not require much time nor effort. Somehow common sense seems to escape these people and they don't have a clue as to what the investor's needs really are.

I will quit my cyber babble now because its Friday and I am off to tie a few down and hopefully drown my Vivus expectations at the local beer garden.
