This month is finally over. August is usually a very slow and volatile month. Funds cashed out their chips at the last minute. Wish them a good vacation. Everyday in the next month could be like the past two days. Some people might just have enough power to play the markets. Volatility is usually very anti-persistent. That is, the activity like these past two days should not last too long. I will bet the markets will be totally different in September. All the long-term gamblers in this kind market are probably get even with the markets. Daily trends should be very obvious. Good luck!
