gambler, i appreciate all of the info you have gathered on TCBG. There are approx 15 million shares that are not part of the float. Do you know in whose hands these shares are? Do you know how many Jon controls? I'm away for the weekend but will check in Sunday.

Excellent! You are far beyond me in your research of the problem. My hats are off to you and the memo by the VP of manufacturing is more than assuring that they have a handle on the situation. It just happens so often early on in the process of new product manufacturing that products are shipped with glitches that the customer won't care much for but can live with. I just saw this coming and thought I would flag it.
