Jerry,

I completely agree. I'm out of this on Monday. Del Yocam is not the company, he's just the guy that keeps printing more shares. The vision, future, product, and outlook of a company can all be outstanding, but if you are unlucky enough to have a CEO that just keeps printing shares, no amount of hard working employees and good products can overcome that. Best to all on this thread. Del does not deserve even one of the patient understanding investors on this thread.

RE: Basically, there is now no reason that the owners of the Series B stock can not just short the hell out of the common stock and cover with the future conversion of their preferred stock

This assumes 1) that the investors are only interested in short-term gain, and would try even to short INPR to zilch to make a killing, and/or 2) That they are willing to take a very risky position (i.e. huge short).

I doubt that they could short INPR to oblivion as they do not contrl that many shares. On the other hand, then could expose themselves to a tremendous loss if they shorted heavy, and then the price jumps on news.

Regardless, one can only hope for friendly investors.
