Dennis

sorry for the delay.

Jerry is bothered by the failure to hold the gains from Thursday. Says that 86-8700 area is very important on the Dow. 8524 is critical for the month of August.

He pointed out how the STIX and the 14 day RSI on the A/D line are both extremely oversold. He says if we don't rally off of this soon the dynamics of the market are changing. I assume he meant the bear is here if we don't rally soon.

He also was asked if he agreed with the correlation between the current market and the 87 market. He said yes there are many similarities.

overall, fairly bleak.

hi dennis,

any rally we get in the mkt will prob. go up to 9083.88 on the DOW.
that is my MAX figure.

50 day ema will be another resistance (as we've seen DOW has TRIED to get above it. it has a couple times, but the next day, it always goes below it )

do notice that my commentary now includes the 13 ema level (thxs to judy) and also a data of TREND strength of 10 days back. (for sonki)

This weekend, i've been doing:

1) finalizing my buy list stocks
2) finalizing my buy list mutual funds. for trading (high return)
3) working on 2 new indicators -- one involving relative strength vs sp500. The other involves similiar to a support moving average (i mentioned earlier to lisa)
4) Doing *shorting* paper trades. why sit out of the mkt when you can make money on the downside?
