The short position as at the end of July is back down to basically nil, having dropped from a peak of about 10,000 in June. It would seem that some think the bottom is here. The bid was for 5,000 and the sell was only 100; this is a nice spread and hopefully also indicates that the price will be picking up. I cannot see the market depth so it is hard to infer too much. Pre-trial is tomorrow, however this is moot as we all know the court has already been set for the 25th, or so. As noted before, Neary's solicitors are not the settling kind, so imo Kildonan will be pushed to the max to convince an experienced criminal court judge that they are not mere opportunists.
