Thanks for that good piece of news. Looks like Intel has achieved their goal of end of July for resolving this problem.

I would imagine that Intel also has a design team in place to optimize the XEON/450 NX ECC circuits so that they can produce 100% of their XEONS with proper functionality.

Screening out marginalities at final test is an expensive proposition.
