Hi Bonnie; Like you , I think I see a bottom, but I then again I don't .. I shifted my eyes to small caps, but that's not working, so it's back to the Nifty Fifty, no kind of small cap rally can hold up or get off the ground good if the Nifty Fifty sink. I might add that if rates do go up the utilities will take a hit, I see no safety in them if interest rates go up, any way they have had a very good run, much better than their historic normal. Jim
