Dram for 333 MHz Busclock

The chipset AMD is going to use for slot a, is identical to the one used for the Alpha DEC cpu's. To be precise, the motherboards for ALPHA are 100 % amd compatible, and just need another BIOS to function properly. My guess for the dram would be, that either Alpha has made sure there is a viable solution OR, that the memory speeds differ from the actual bus speed, (133 mhz or something) . I don't know, i am merely speculating here.
