"I agree they have been having trouble in the US however I think Mr. Lutz may pull
this into line quickly."

I agree with you that changes will happen quickly. Any reorganization like this didn't
start the day of the announcement, i.e., the conference call the other day. It's already
been happening for several months, and the announcement means that they are
confident in their plans. I.E., they've already seen the results and are now ready to tell
the world about it.

Bringing Lutz into the organization was the first step in the execution of the
reorganization plan. Since then he has proven he can run the show and the rest of the
reorganization plan would have resulted from the brainstorming of the BOD, and
upper and middle level executives and managers.

To have done it any other way, like announcing to the world projected $5 Billion in
sales in a few years without a tested plan, would risk making all involved look like
fools should the experiment fail.

Also, keep in mind that most of the players are the same which indicates to me that
NN is full of the right people, but had the wrong leader. Now, a new leader is in
place, one that at least the shareholders, the media, and the analysts seem to respect
(don't know about the employees - I don't work there). His style will be leveraged out
over the organization - one that he obviously believes in.

Ron

P.S. The board is becoming full of anything but objective views on NN. The bickering
over personalities should be done by email. I'm just glad I have a cable modem so I
don't have to waste my time on it.

Regards
Glenn
