Excellent post Samgee,

Just like you said, EDII is responsible for it press releases. All the PR company does is write them in proper english, cross all the T's and dot and the I's, and then send it to the news service.

And if anybody is trying to compare the fiasco with MTEI, read the press release by the SEC, THEY ARE TRYING TO VERIFY THE PRESS RELEASES ISSUED BY THE COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE LEGIT> like how did the company come up with its book value.

As you can all see, EDII hasn't made any statement of any such numbers yet and WON'T UNTIL AUDITED FINANCIALS COME OUT, WHICH IF I NEED TO REMIND PEOPLE, IS BEING DONE RIGHT NOW.

LET me also remind all Shareholders, every press release from EDII has been confirmed by atleast 3 people on this thread doing their DD and calling the companies president and verifying all information.

That is as simple as it gets people.

Now, does anybody know what kind of state of the art Lab Cinema research is building for the HDTV, what kind of equipment are they buying, maybe from Japan, will help their economy.

According to reliable sources, Joe Gort was investor relations prior to Dror's acquisition of EDII. His contract terminated and, by company request, he tendered his resignation approximately 4 months ago. Gort's name appearing at the end of EDII's latest public announcement was a clerical error.

If so, EDII has a responsibility to publicly correct the error.

Guttman's contract terminated recently. EDII has decided to handle its own investor relations since then.

Well Mitchell spoke to Guttman 7 days ago and he was still representing the company.

hi mom, talked to guttman last friday and he said that the financials should be out in less than 90 days. He said they are sailing along with no problems what so ever!!!!!!!!

Not to mention the fact that this Monday's PR had Guttman's and Growth International's name on it. (And Growth International is, I believe, Joe Gort's company). Are you saying Guttman was dismissed this week?

From my conversations with EDII managers, EDII issued the public announcements and the company will stand by them.

Does that include this press release? Right now, based upon what has been revealed about the constituent companies on this board which can be confirmed though independent sources, they are only $50 million short on revenues and approximately $4-5 million short on operating profits.

The annualized revenues of the presently owned subsidiaries and the above-described companies to be acquired will approximate $110,000,000 and the company is currently
profitable.
