Please have your broker advise you when the firms Fierro, Herzog, Troster, Fahnstock and EVEREN stay on the bid side for any length of time (short covering) or the ask side (shorting). Ask why the NASD allows conversations & collusion between companies like these instead of protecting the shareholders. Fax letters to the SEC and NASD with your impression of how Solv-ex is being treated. See Reply #1504 for the phone numbers. Call Solv-ex and get on their fax list so you can get information from them that doesn't hit the 'News'. All shareholders need to be doing their part to protect their interest in Solv-ex now.
