Eric, Per your post: "I am guessing based on the news release I read
that there is "NO NEWS" that Mr Murphy can announce that will impress this market.
Maybe people are not convinced that he can actually put all these pieces together and
make a profitable company. At this point I am not even sure earnings would get this one
to breakout."

I thought that the market was quite impressed with the news release. After all we were on the way to running record volume and had moved up to $2.81, until NITE showed up with a truckload of shares and ruined our party. If you take a look at the trading log, you will see that while we had retail selling on the tape on the way up and then some as we fell back to around $2.50, the retail selling dried up almost completely at that point. The selling that drove us down from this level was coming out of NITE and were probably more CC shares. I personally do not consider CC shares part of the general market. I don't think that group would stop selling unless the news was that we would be bought out in a short time. I believe that group just wants their money and don't want to have to wait for it. If not for the CC selling, I would bet that we would have closed Friday around the $3 level. This is the real shame of what happened, the markets DID like what was happening and were responding till we got hammered by the CC shares. I was actually quite encouraged by the price action on our stock this past week because it showed me that DCTC can and will run when the overhead is gone..and even in the worst case scenario where we have to eat every last CC share, that event will happen eventually since there are only so many CC shares. All of my sources tell me that we are well over the "hump" in this respect. We will get our day in the sun..but it does feel like a long road sometimes..
