Unfortunately, indicators are still negative (but beginning to show signs of bottoming) and we've yet to break the downtrend line established in the past three months. However, by the end of August we should encounter the long term uptrend line established last year. The uptrend line is currently in the low 8's, so there is still the possibility of some downside before we break the downtrend.

So don't despair, the bottom is right around the corner.
