Not that it will do much good, but I would vote with you. If the Board and senior management are for it, I doubt we would stand much chance of overturning it. But the fact that Philips' stock went up on the news suggests that a lot of people think the way we do. Any speculations on why the Board elected to accept this offer? I have no idea. Less than 2x sales, apparently excellent prospects, especially in light the recent FDA approvals, state of the art proprietary technology, ultrasound sector in a sweet spot.

Perhaps they know something is coming around the corner that will upset their prospects. I wish I knew what that was, though. Could it be that Sonosight's machines coming next year (so they say, anyway) would put a dent into high end sales?
