I attended an HDTV demo on LI this evening. Phillips is putting on a road show to educate the consumer about HDTV/DTV. The picture is quite phenomenal despite the fact they only used a 34" display. They have enlisted "Scotty" from Star Trek as their spokesperson, I'm not sure how many were there to see the demo but it was a good turnout. CNBC was covering the event so we should see some good PR in the next day or two.
