Hi Rich ol Pal! Not many of us left here on SI it seems. Frank is still posting as you can see, and we appreciate his presence thru this long period (you know its August already!). Thanks for relaying this filing by our company "shepherds". We sheep are dismissed in a single sentence! This, after over 10 years for some of us, pouring hard earned savings into this public company which, yes, now is proving itself successful. Personally, as I have stated before, I have no stomach for extracting retribution. But when you read the language set forth in these filings, you must admit that there will be little remorse available for those who have chosen this path for themselves. Greed and avarice will not win the day old friend. Stay the course with me and those that care about us and our families. dd

Note the date of the EDGAR, over a month ago. This is the reorganization plan, as far as I can see. If you read it it says (to me, anyway) You have X dollars in debt, you have Y dollars in assets, and if you sign over your assets I will cover your debts. Otherwise, ciao. Where is the 'conspiracy'? Companies are formed all the time to buy and sell assets of other companies. This transaction was approved by the IMS Board. Is this the first awareness of this information on this thread? The comment period is roughly half over! If you have an alternative reorganization plan, with check, now is the time to make it known to the court. Frank
