Well done Slider. Keep 'em coming! I'll take verbosity like every time in lieu of the gloomy, glib, posts spewed out by some of the "patron saints" of this thread! The appearance of "newbies" like us is proof that the value and potential of this investment opportunity is attracting alot of attention. The patronizing tone of some the "old guard" here constantly implies our lack of insight into this industry and our weak investment acumen. I say roll-over Beethoven. Too many times, experts get hung up and muddled with all of their experience and even their egos. Personally, I'm looking at the proverbial forest through the trees; I know just a little more than "jack-up" about this industry, but I'm an extremely successful fundementals-based investor, businessman, author... generally-speaking a pretty smart guy. I love hearing the voice of change, the paradigm shift, the "newbie". These stocks are going to totally kick ass over the next 3 years, I'm 100% convinced. I'm not presumptuous enough to attempt to call the bottom, but I'm systematically buying more each week. Anyway, love your posts... keep 'em coming! Brad

hi, Slider Very impressive. I like to let you know that someone out there thanks your (& Big Dog's) efforts. I believe your investment strategy will bring you a big fortune soon. How soon ? Not important. Who knows? I made my fortune from the past 10 years starting from a poor entry level engineer. Now I am sitting here enjoy my life and holding million dollar making stocks for the next boom. My strategy is as simple as yours. I buy a stock from very depressed price that nobody want it. And I believe a new business boom cycle is going to start. Two industry fit into my thoughts : 1)offsfore Deep water industry - RIG, ATW, SLB, CXIPY, EVI, VRC, PGO 2)semi - AMAT, ASMLF 3)DRAM - MU, RMBS 4)GaAs - VTSS, TQNT 5)internet - QWST Above are my core holding. The only place that can make everybody rich is investment. Of course, that require patience, pain tolerance and a lot of knowledge. sincerely tyc
