knight, I'am a one person band here, seperate from those on the
Desert Dirt TA thread. I know what they are doing by reading the
posts on that thread. I don't take private messages and eventho
Ally and Charles have my e-mail address, there has been no flow of
info between us, which is ok. I do get these instant msg from Chuck
at random points during late night saying "go to sleep".
Maby you and Tim (thall) could help me here on how a ipmcf shareholder
with enought voting power could do what you suggest. First I need to
understand that I don't and should.
- Dale Runyon is President of Maxam (damn i gotta read that thread)
- Dale Runyon of Omega Corp
- debt to Phoenix
Now these above peices I got, but the thread of where IPM is connected
is not knowned to me.
With the ipm.com web site now gone and management didn't even say a
bye or have a nice thread day, its easy for me to want to zero out
those who have zero respect for those that payed the bills. So eventho
this is true, I don't want to zero them at the expense of loosing the
ability to keep access to Black Rocks for mining rights. I am up for
zero(ing) all employees and keeping IPM as a company, IF those that
are owned money accept paper in IPM as shares, and NOT money. I agree
let things come to a halt and go in wait mode until able to be in a
position that others with money see the dirt as a way to invest their
money. But if those that are owed money will only accept money, then
yes as you say, dump IPM into chapter 7 and let it exist only as a bad
memory. BUT, what guarantee or clean path will I have to keep the
mining rights to Black Rock. Who decides ? Can it be put on paper
and made a legal contract ? Can someone arrive on a black horse and
nullifly it and rip it away from me ? Horses scare me, they have big
teeth, I wouldn't want to be around one when it was hungry. A couple
years ago, on the news, was a report of a remote village in Pakistan
that was being terrorized by this man-eating-horse. I won't swim in
the Pacific ocean off Cape Cod because of those giant sea snakes that
eat great white sharks. This is the type of fear I get when I think
that IPM the Company no more exist. Whats that saying, "it the economy
stupid" or "its the dirt stupid". All I want to do is wait for the
NEWTECH Desert Dirt GoldRush. I can see it now, theres Tim in the
bigass bulldozer dumping the dirt into the truck driven by Zeev and
Chuca with a red flag holding back traffic and Richard and Chuck
standing guard with lots of firepower at the ready, and Robert is
smiling because he switched all the bullets with blanks in the guns.
And Paunch, he hiding as mystery men tend to do. But I can feel his
presentd.
