Is it possible to get the facts on Mr. Dick straight? Sorry...........Ok...let's forget all this talk of ousting Yeros for the moment (but, I still insist there must be a legal way to dump him) and get back to the business at hand. Early last month, I believe, Mike stated that "everyone who is shown the product loves it." If this be the case where are these people and their ensuing business? Just what are Keith and the Cymedix crew doing? Like Right Now? Can't be involved with product development because we already (supposedly) have the product and it's good. Or is it? Maybe Yeros could sponser a conference call and field questions from the stockholders. How about it, John? You are responsible to us, aren't you? We're sitting here in silence wondering about your ability to lead this company to profitability; wondering about your leadership qualities; wondering why we've experienced continual reversals with this stock and company when we've only been told about what a great product we have in this magical software. SHOW ME THE MONEY! Are you not responsible? Shouldn't you step down if you can't improve things? This is not a shameful thing. Many people get into situations that are over there heads. If you know what you're doing and have a plan--how about a press release, how about something that will re-instill a little confidence in your abilities from the shareholders? Can shareholders begin a petition to oust managagement? If so I think we ought to. If the rest of you Board of Directors read this chat--I think you can safely assume we're not happy with Yero's performance. Are you? Dump him! Boydude

I would have to actually HAVE an education to presume to educate someone else... and I cannot hope to ever top the credentials of Dr. Dick. I have a filthy idea of what PHD reallt stands for..... MDIX is totally bent. I felt a great relief when I sold ALLLL my shares @ 1/4 a while ago... I keep myself amused by imagining a point to buy back in, but after reading Mike Morans posts painting this World War 3 epic in rosy colors, I have decided that I will not let Yeros, Berman, and Moran lose any more $$$$ for me. By the way, I have put the paltry dollars left that I had in MDIX into actual stocks and have gotten back to where I was when I got in. It will take MDIX a year to do that... Yes MDIX may actually not go belly up and lose everything, but there are thousands of better places to put ones money. I know of a few dozen. MG
