OFF TOPIC!! ISP'S and Travel. You might want to signup with AOL. They have the best connectivity that I have been able to find so far. That is the only reason I use them. I am on the road in excess of 40 weeks a year and am never without local free connectivity except in an occasional small remote location. Even then, they have a 800 number you can use as a last resort that I believe is .06 a minute. If you are going on vacation for just 3 weeks, sign up for 1 month free trial. Then it cost nothing if you cancel before end of trial period. You will need a laptop. As far as address, AOL will need a credit card and you just use the credit card billing address as your address.
