Dave, I stand corrected, last August the market cap was indeed $150 MM, furthermore, on the side of a "bullish valuation" I presume we should take the fact that today few plants are "operational", then there were just modification to come.

Yet, we should still ask ourselves if the "models' that Taylor was promoting are still valid. Right now, I have no idea what is the true capital cost for a stand alone unit, and what are the revenues expected for such a unit. Furthermore, last year, it was assumed that TTRIF will find deep pocket money to bear all the funding costs and TTRIF would "own" a large percentage (maybe 50%) of the production as well as royalties on such other outfits production (percolating directly to the bottom line). With the experience of last year and particularly the antagonism with TTRIF's only licensee, are these assumptions correct? Finally, we should ask ourselves what future sales would justify a market cap of $150 MM today? I typically look at "visibility of sales in three years equal to todays capitalization", but this is for a company with a track record of one kind or another.

What kind of valuation do you put on such future sales and what model do you use to try and "forecast" such future sales?

Zeev

David:

I tend to agree that the "real fun" is yet to come with TT, though I have some real concerns with management. From a contrarian point of view, looks like a buy here. A real worry at this point, tho, is the possibility that the $40 mil funding will fall through and the effect this would have on the current share price, even at fifty cents. If that happens, couldn't we be looking at a quarter? I would also like to hear your take on future earnings relative to current dilution. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Dave C
