Once the merger is finally announced, investors and potential investors will have a different perspective on the company and its future potential - getting an established presence as a U.S. based, U.S.(albeit OTC) listing will turn a page in the company's evolution. Yes, a US based company and listing will for starters eliminate the currency risk altogether, which for now, it is an added "blemish" in these type of stocks. (Have you seen the Canadian Dollar lately ?) Not that such listing will make the company (and the stock price), but it is one more uncertainty that is eliminated, making the stock more favorable in the eyes of investors. Outta here and lookin' for some golf, beaches and a kayak for a week..... Back from similar..... Z.
