Thanks Tom, it appears to me that $25 million market cap is almost appropriate at this stage of development. At least it would be if there weren't so many unanswered questions.

Too bad Hayden didn't take a photo of the building permit. That would at least allow confirmation with the official that signed it. It might also state the name of the corporation that requested it's issue. Right now all we have is substantial disagreement. When a little company battles against even a little government, IMHO always bet on the government.

Cheers, Jon

Trial Members ... Harrrrumph .... So what if they did have a reverse split? The market cap would not change except maybe to go down based on other reverses. That would not make the stock price go up and is a totally wrong argument. Lets say that there was w 1:10, that would mean that based on the present price, the stock price would be .42, but the market cap would be the same ... To increase the price would also mean to increase the market cap beyond what it is today.

You have to remember that a market capitalization of a stock does not equal it's total sales. Usually there is a healthy premium. A price to sales ratio of roughly 5 times is about the norm. If you use this logic we are now assuming PRWT has only $5M in revenues. We know they will have much more than this. Use market cap as only a gauge.
