"SEOUL, Korea V July 30, 1998 V CDMA is now the world standard for Wireless local loop (WLL), and the market is growing steadily."

1. What news organization/pr firm disseminated this article?

2.. Is there a GSM WLL? How extensive? Why is CDMA "the world standard"?

3. Maybe in the end a sinking Won works best for Q, if it enables Samsung and other Koreans to offer the least expensive WLL,
tipping the financial scales away from other protocols and in the direction of CDMA for the SYSOP (that is, if there IS a GSM WLL).
