HERM,BOB - looks like btgc could go to 6.25-6.5 area with lower BB dropping further - is that how you would interpret it now?

Howdy Bob!

Hummm, BS? :-) Just kidding!

CPQ

CPQ looks like it will tag upper BB at $35 before going downward.
Why? Price above RSI 50 and that lower BB is confirms the upper BB as
up right slant. Strange, but look at the recent history of CPQ and it
has occured before.

BTGC

Dazzled took the words right out of my mouth! Nice chart reading
Dazzled. My poor buyer's BTGC CC for 7.5 JAN @ 1 3/4 is now only
worth 7/8s to 1 and I'm just smiling away and feeling good since I've
been able to hedge the drop with my CCer premie! No money out of my
pocket. Looks like a slow drop to $6.50 again and maybe lower if that
volume does not pick up soon.

XYLN

It would seem that the last time XYLN has a divergence (Jan-Feb 1998)
where the lower BB was slanted right angled downward as the upper BB
was right angled upward while the RSI was increasing it gapped
upwards in price. Hummm XYLN may very well break the over head
resistance this time around at the current pick level.

P/E Value

NASDAQ: (XYLN : $24 11/16) $1,049 million Market Cap at July 31, 1998
Trades at a 39% Discount PE Multiple of 29.7 X, vs. the 48.9 X
average multiple at which the Networking SubIndustry is priced.

Do I smell a real deal here? The XYLN moves up on above average
volume yesterday when the NASDAQ eats -47.19 point drop! Impressive!

INSIDER TRADING

Could account for the recent correction. Just taking a few dollars off the table.

SHORT INTEREST

How about that! Number of actual shorted shares drops between June
and July but because of reduced trading volume the shorted shares
represent 14.55 days of trading volume. A upward gap may be possible
again. Perhaps a small kahuna in the making. Anyone have a match!
