This company's only option is a reverse split & a reverse merger. I don't think any other scenario is possible. If there were a split 1:100 now, bringing the stock up to 80 cents (isn't that pitiful), we'd probably see a fall to 40 cents. My conclusion: the stock is still overvalued at the present price! Buy at half this price to make money.
