I would be a little shy of trusting an analysis that cannot even name the right town the DRAMs are being made; or was this Kip. (Named Nampa instead of Boise -- thought MUEI was making DRAMs now.)

>>Increasing use of memory is one of the more significant factors in the recent rise in prices,
Bedard said, as cheap memory has prompted computer manufacturers and device makers to
load up their machines with as much as possible.<<

kathleen, my bs meter just went off again. seems every time this dolt says something it is bs. first, he says that memory demand is firming based on about a 5% uptick after an 80% slide. mu will go out of business if this type of "firming" continues ;-) talk about ridiculous positive spin...

second, he then says that demand is growing due to cheap dram. uh, kippy boy? what happens when they aren't cheap anymore? of course, economic laws are not discussed when they don't impact favorably on mu's stock price.

you would never know mu is losing $100s of millions - my guess is $250 million this q from listening to kippy speak. me thinks the herd has bent over one more time and has unrealistic expectations for next q. i'm buying more puts if i can get a decent deal on some oct 30s.
