Jim, let me put in my 2 cents worth. EVERY chart and indicator I am looking at is sitting on support. If next week, these support levels are broken we are in deep do do. If it holds, we may see some more of what we saw the last week but I do not know what good news is coming that could turn the tide. It has been reacting poorly to good news anyway, which IMHO is very bearish.

I couldnt agree with you more. My biggest flaw has been to rush a trade. I will not take any action until we get our first solid bounce which could be at least a month or 2.

But don't you think we are headed for deflation? The signs are everywhere, and showing up early in technology/commodity companies. And now recently in paper companies and Proctor/Gamble mentioning something about pricing power. The crack in the market will be the recognition that it finally gets the deflation scenario.

I just can't believe this massive psychology of 'when will inflation come back' from the 70-80's period.
