Steve...

Don't assume that this was a plan of Cardshark's for any great length of time, it was not. Basically, it was one of those situations where an idea bell went off in his head about a week or so ago, he made a telephone call or two, and next thing he knew the Company called him to get him involved.

As for compensation, I think he already posted something about it on Yahoo, and I'll leave it to him or one of his people to elaborate, but I can tell you I was surprised at how low the cash amount was. Card did not ask to be paid, by the way, the Company insisted on it to be sure they had his full attention (that's a laugher in itself, IMO, how much more attention could the guy be giving us??) There is, according to the Yahoo post, some restricted stock in the deal and I am sure all of that will be disclosed as appropriate.

This, to me, is an outrageously positive development and I am very much looking forward to seeing what comes of it.

Regards,

Steve. Perhaps you should re-read the link about Card that was posted by Nazzz plus this post as well:

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

(yahoo #12989 give or take a number)

I think these two posts should answer your questions.

As I have mentioned in prior posts on this board and Card has mentioned on the Yahoo board. He and I have been partners and associates on a number of deals over the years, including the extremely successful situation he structured five years ago that this project will be a progeny of. He has asked me to join the team on the Great White project also and I have happily accepted his invitation.

Rest assured, he was not running for anything, we already have enough on our plate. Frankly it is because he felt everyone was spending too much time fooling around with these shorts, that he decided to offer the Company for free, the tool that they would need to eradicate the situation. They liked the idea, but did not feel confident to do it themselves, so they offered to retain our whole team, which includes a top notch securities attorney, to do all aspects of the deal.

And as you can see. I we are not successful in achieving certain goals in a certain time frame, we get nothing.
